Sobre Carolina
I have a diverse background that has allowed me to become flexible and open to different ideas. As a psychology graduate my first work experience was in a project for an NGO focused on sexual and reproductive rights where I coordinated a group of women who advocated for women’s reproductive rights. I also worked as a consultant in a textile company analyzing and creating policies for the prevention of psychosocial risk factors. Later, I was hired by another company, from the same group, to plan and manage the training of all the workers; this allowed me to be closer to them and to really listen to their demands and proposals for the company. After two years my interest in labor relations was so big that I decided to study a master’s degree in anthropology to understand deeply what work means to the people in these companies.
