Sobre Cynthia
I've decided to teach Spanish because it's my first language.
Also because I am learning a couple of languages myself. I believe I can relate to many of my students when it comes to the challenges, rewards and hacks of this task.
Also, I've had excellent, outstanding teachers who've showed me just how rewarding it is this noble occupation.
I owe a lot to them and this is the best way I can honor them.
Finally learning a language implies absorbing and appreciating a new culture. Building that bridge between cultures in an open, non-judging and fun way is a challenge these days, and I just love a good challenge.

Students who are highly motivated are my favorite.
I enjoy being part of the process and seeing their progress.
From time to time a little push is what someone needs to achieve their goals.
Over my years teaching this language I've learned when to push the student's limits and when to help and make it easier for them.
I prefer to work with students who do most of their learning outside our lessons. I view myself as a coordinator, organizer and helper for my students rather than just a teacher.
Most of the time the actual challenge is finding out which method works best for you to acquire a language. My commitment to you is to figure it out together.
