My role as an educator is to ensure that all students achieve their fullest potential and maximize their learning styles. I will design a curriculum that will cater to their needs. I will incorporate hands-on learning, inquiry-based strategies, and student-based activities. Topics that are interesting and relevant to their lives will be discussed and critical thinking will be more exercise than mere memorization. A fun and engaging learning atmosphere will be fostered.
