Sobre Laura
For as long as I can remember I have been interested in learning foreign languages. I started to learn English in a formal way since I was a teenager and in college I specialized in teaching it.
Since the first year of my degree in modern languages I started giving private English classes, little by little this became my passion and I integrated the learning of French to later teach this language as well.
At the end of my career, I had the opportunity to be a Spanish assistant in France, which opened another horizon for me and upon my return I specialized in that area as well. Currently, I have 10 years of experience teaching Spanish to foreigners. This allows me to keep in touch with people from other cultures, to enrich myself culturally and to enrich my classes.
My interest in learning other languages is still very present, but for now I am focused on finishing a PhD in education. Learning is my passion!
The enthusiasm with which I learn is the same enthusiasm I bring to the classroom as a teacher, because I know the benefits of being bilingual or multilingual. or more.

Flexibility, personalized teaching that adapts to the needs and learning style is what motivates me to be a private tutor. This allows me to see my student's progress in a more timely manner and to accompany him/her towards the goal he/she has set for him/herself.
Therefore, when we have the first contact it is fundamental to talk about your needs and goals, which allows me to create a work plan that both of us will have and which will be the guide of our course.
I generally try to make the sessions enjoyable and contextualized to real life and to Mexican culture, because having the ability to speak a foreign language is to open the door to a way of seeing life different from our own.
In addition, I seek to allow the student to develop or improve the necessary linguistic skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking) without neglecting the intercultural part of the language.
I have prepared students to present certifications in Spanish (DELE) obtaining positive and satisfactory results.
My classes are focused on children over 8 years old, teenagers and adults who are looking to learn Spanish for study, business or pleasure.
