Travel distances for classes can be negotiated and will include Marbella, Malaga, Gibraltar areas. All classes are in English. It is the students responsibility to purchase any necessary software - you can seek my advice on this prior to purchase.

A one-off portfolio assessment can be negotiated as a single fixed fee.

I don't see any reason not to give refunds for hours that haven't been taken up, however, should a student decide to cancel the block booking (5 or 10 hours) then the actual contact hours revert to the full amount of a single lesson and the difference refunded to reflect that change. There will also be a £10 administration charge under such circumstances.
