I have been working in the call center industry since 2015, starting as an agent and later moving into leadership and training roles.
This experience, together with my background as an English teacher, gives me a unique perspective to guide students. Teaching English is my passion because I know how powerful communication can be for professional and personal growth. My goal is to help students gain fluency and confidence through practical, dynamic lessons adapted to their needs.
